First Time Combo + Assessment

As a fitness coach, I’m here for you. I pledge to push you but within your abilities. You will feel pain, you will feel discomfort but it will all be worth it in the end. I guarantee results with my method, give me at least 40 days and you will be in the best shape of your life. Remember, my technique is different than almost any type of fitness out there. I use multi dimensional workout technique to give you a full body workout.

I offer a variety of different type of workouts. These are three common classes I teach, but rest assure that I can customize any type of fitness program tailored to your needs.

HIIT

 

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. .

KID’S FAMILY FITNESS

 

What do kids like to do? Run, play, skip, hop and jump. In our super busy world, it’s easy to skip time for exercise. The KEY is to sneak it in as a family. It will prepare your kids for years of physical activity and will help you stay in shape as well.

SENIOR FITNESS

 

Balance training is one of the most important components of a program for adults over 55. Having good balance is great with fall prevention. Falls are one of the leading injuries with senior.

GROUP BOOTCAMP

 

Key Fitness Hawaii Bootcamp transforms lives and communities through challenging 45-minute cardio and strength workouts that will leave you feeling stronger and more confident in all aspects of your life.

Online Fitness Coaching Available

Is Online Training Right For You?

 

  • You are able to train anywhere with me.
  • You can meet new people all over the world during your training session
  • Affordability, the rates are much affordable than real time in person. 
  • “Live” sessions allow me to see your form and motivate you during our training sessions online!
  • Options include recorded “On Demand’ sessions and even ” Private sessions with one on one or a small group cater to your specific fitness goals.  

Intro to Key Fitness

I will explain in full detail why functional fitness is so important and walk you step by step the basic exercises that will enable you to become stronger in all aspects of your physical fitness. $1000 value ( 10 sessions) for $750.

Boot Camp Fitness

Group program which includes military training using your body weight and light dumbbells. This program is great for companies that would like to do corporate fitness training. $30 per person ( up to 8 people) RSVP recommended.

Kid’s Fitness

Programs specializing in the development of coordination, strength, speed, flexibility, and most of all these exercises are FUN! Parents are encouraged to participate with them. $40 / per child…if 2 in same family will be $30 the second child.

Senior Fitness

My program will focus on the balance and core with this group. Once established the program can move into the strength component and light cardio conditioning. $50 / per person ( 60 min ).

HIIT

High intensity interval training, this program will test your overall body conditioning. It’s is 30 min of non-stop training. You will be tested in all levels of physical fitness. Beginners are not allowed to take this class. $100/per person ( 60 min).
